C & W INDUSTRIAL – CONTINUOUS BRINE FREEZER

In 1994 C & W designed its first continuous brine freezer. This system allows for single station loading and unloading of the brine freezer, which reduces labour costs and provides a continuous flow through the system. There are also fewer baskets around the plant floor due to the fact that the baskets are in the system. A continuous cooker/cooler system can accompany the continuous Brine Freezer. This creates a consistent flow through the plant and provides improved production time.
